• Always follow instructions and warnings on the bottle
• Raise the water level by about 5 cm before adding
• Leave filters in the spa, run all pumps, then add the full bottle
• Switch pumps on and off at short intervals and allow time to work (often overnight; longer if deposits keep appearing)
• Drain, then rinse pipework thoroughly through the jets with a garden hose before refilling
• Important: do not discharge treated water onto soil or a garden and avoid releasing to the environment
